Business in Chicago

After we got back home from Denver and Las Vegas, we headed out on a road trip to Chicago.  Jim, had a business meeting at 8:00am the next morning. So...crazy but we drove all night, checked into our hotel at 5:30am.  The trip was primarily devoted to EPOWERdoc, however we had a chance to meet up with Doyle Dykes, and help him with items surrounding his new book and potential TV show
Moody is publishing Doyle's new book called "Lights of Marfa"   The subtitle is  "one of the world's great guitar player's amazing encounters with God"  It will be available worldwide April 1st.
Voting on the cover.

Our next stop started at 12 midnight at WGN radio station.  Doyle was scheduled to perform on the "Steve and Johnnie Show."
Haley, Neal and Doyle entering the station.
"On The Air"
Doyle and Haley perform....amazing.
The night was full of surprises.  Haley's boyfriend called in, she thought he was in Spokane (but he was really in the studio and Haley didn't know he was there).  He called the station and talked with Johnnie and asked to talk with Haley.  Then walked through the door, dropped to his knees and proposed!!!!!
She answered "YES"
The very happy and in LOVE couple.  Congratulations Haley and Jake.

(Neal) Jim, was asked to explain the concept of Doyle's new TV show.   As well he also asked "Steve & Johnnie" if they would be the permanent host announcers for the show.

 And they said...."YES"

At 3:00am after the radio show, we went to breakfast.  So many laughs.
The next afternoon met with Steve & Johnnie for a late lunch before Doyle's evening performance at the Skokie Theatre.  I feel like we have known Steve & Johnnie for years.  Such great people.
The Skokie Theatre----God's presence was felt that night.
Neal (Jim), Johnnie & Steve
Jake, Haley and Doyle perform.
Jim or Neal----Doyle's new roadie.   Not really--it's just such an honor and window open to heaven every time we are with Doyle.
*********Doyle,  we are truly thankful for your prayers and love for our family.*******
